We are a locally owned pediatric therapy company that provides Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapies and Special Education in the clinic, to local school systems, and Birth to Three Programs. Our therapists are highly skilled and have years of experience in pediatric therapy. Children's Therapy Services has been providing therapy services in the Western portion of South Dakota for the last 10 years. We offer Occupational, Speech and Physical Therapies, and Special Education for children.

Black Hills Orthopedic & Spine Center was founded in 1976 and provides various services, including spine and hand surgeries, foot and ankle surgeries, physical therapy and wound care. Its pediatric orthopedic services include growth plate injuries resulting in growth abnormalities, scoliosis, spine deformities, hip deformities, club foot and congenital hip dysplasia. Its pediatric orthopedist treats injuries, birth abnormalities and growth disorders in children. The center s foot and ankle services offers treatment for diabetic feet, sports injuries of the ankle and foot, toe deformities, tendonitis, bunions, osteochondritis dessicans, arch pain, flat foot, foot fractures and arthritis, heel pain, ingrown toenails, and hammertoes. It additionally provides joint replacement, reconstructive microsurgery, arthritis and rheumatic disease services. The center is headquartered in Rapid City, S.D., and also has locations in Custer, Hot Springs, Martin, Philip and Deadwood, S.D.
