History

Don and Julie opened the Red Shed Smokehouse in the spring of 2019. Don has smoked meats for many years and is now living his dream. Living outside Hot Springs SD, the Red Shed is in the prime location to do catering and other events in the Black Hills area. The homemade Red Shed sauce and rub, along with the live wood smoking process, are key to the smoked meats that are on our menu. We serve brisket, pulled pork, baby back ribs, along with our famous smokehouse mac and cheese, baked beans and slaw. For special events, the Red Shed can smoke any meat preferred along with chosen sides. Don and Julie look forward to hearing from you.
