New Direction Youth Program is a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming the moral climate among the youth of Flint, MI and Columbia, SC. Led by Ricky J. McKenney, a trained motivational speaker and experienced counselor, the program focuses on instilling the six pillars of character, including trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship.
