I use the app and it said the order would be ready by 12.29 and I waited until 1 still no food. I ask for a refund and he told me to use the app!!Worst experience ever at an arby.

All tables dirty and twice requested some one to clean. I was told "we'll get to it" twice. Never happened. Went and got the spray cleaner and napkins. No one, including manager even apologized....
