Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich "Meatcraft", and our dedication to Meatcraft informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It's why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. The grease on my fry's seeped through the paper bag I also found a hair in my gobbler sandwich. My lid wasn't fully closed so my drink spilled on my lap. Service was fine but the food wasn't.

New steak bites are horrendous. I wound up feeding them to my dogs and now feel bad for them.

We dined in we were the only ones there our french fries were cold or sandwiches were cold. Very disappointed in the new loaded Italian sandwich. The lady at the cash register was quite pleasant....
