This place is awful and overpriced. Everything breaks constantly. Maintenance is nice enough but in a reliably run complex you shouldn't have to know all of your maintenance people by name....

It hasn't been perfect but it's the first place we have ever signed a second lease at. Rent is fair, staff is kind, amenities are convenient.
