Bongo East and Game Point Cafe, nestled in East Nashville's vibrant Five Points neighborhood, stand as collaborative space with a rich history of community revitalization. Established in 2000, Bongo East spearheaded the neighborhood's resurgence by introducing a coffee roasting operation, initially taking precedence over the quaint cafe space. However, the site's evolution continued in 2017 with the addition of the innovative board game cafe. As business increased, the roasting operation relocated to Berry Hill, paving the way for expanded guest seating. Today, the venue offers a diverse experience, boasting a comprehensive breakfast and lunch menu, a premium coffee bar showcasing Bongo Java Roasting Co.'s 100% organic coffees, delightful pastries sourced from local vendors, and an expansive array of board games curated by Game Point Cafe. This dynamic establishment embodies a welcoming haven for locals and visitors alike in the heart of East Nashville's eclectic landscape.
