The business model of these places seems to be to serve very low quality meat...gristle and fat mostly, but cover it with sauce and call it BBQ. Literally had to spit the brisket out.

It was fine. The texture for the beef was more rubbery than I want. The ribs were ok. The beans were good. Mac and cheese and coleslaw were fine. The bbq sauce was good. It was fast food bbq....

Great service with a smile and good food. Clean dinning room. Thanks for a quick good lunch
