History

Chef's Catering has been serving Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg since 1997 with a perfect blend of sensational food, inspiring ideas and professional staff. Chefs catering was started in 1997 at Stokely Hospitality Enterprises when David Colburn was their executive chef. Chef's Catering started out just serving the neighborhood of Farragut in Knoxville Tennessee with David and one employee. From 1997 to 2006, Chef's Catering (then known as Stokley Hospitality Catering) had become a full size catering operation handling large venues and parties which included over 20 employees. In May of 2006, David left Stokely Hospitality to work with Feehedrick Entertainment Group's Black Bear Jamboree Catering. After growing the business in 2016, David and his son, Chris, purchased Chef's Catering. Now Chef's Catering offers catering throughout all of Sevier County and includes over 30 years of catering experience.
