They are not transparent on billing or price of parts. When I asked what their labor rate was they said $165 to $200, depending on how tuff the job was...red flag...my parts were marked up over...

They've been maintaining my 20-year-old truck beautifully since maybe 2012. Sometime in 2021-22 they did a complete brake overhaul--a flush, new rotors, pads, etc. I've NEVER had a complaint...

They would charge over $300.00 to program a car key fob. This did not include the price of the key. Went to Quality Safe and Lock and it was programmed for $85.00!!
