Great studio, equipment is fabulous. Classes are tailored to levels which makes progression very motivating. Instructor Katie was upbeat, informative, and motivational. I will be back!!

No judging here! Love this place! I am able to get a good low impact workout and feel comfortable with it! Folks, I won't lie. It's not cheap, but for your health, it is worth every penny....
