We typically go to another location of CB so looking at the reviews for the Gallatin location, I was extremely nervous, but my mother loves CB and I couldn't deny her this treat for her birthday....

Restaurant was not busy. sat for 20 mins and not 1 server acknowledged us asked for a manager. Waited another 5 minutes then left. This location has been in a downward spiral for several years.

Waitress was very friendly but messed up the whole order! Then when they finally got it right the order was cold! The food is always good but service is mostly bad!

We live in Illinois & finding a Cracker Barrel is hard let alone a good one. We stopped at the only one in Gallatin on New Years Day the only breakfast place open. It was crowded with a 30min wait...

I had anticipated an awesome meal tonight. I ordered pot roast with carrots and it was so peppery. I could hardly choke it down.
