Typical great REI experience. Medium sized store with all the stuff you'd expect, including great customer service! Conveniently located near a Tesla supercharger and some other fun stores to explore.

Out of town with a flat bike tire and tube. REI pulled a perfect match for the bike and we were on our way in 15 minutes. Very helpful, very sincere folks.
