History

Started teaching Hoop Dance in Fall of 2008. I've taught at Yoga Haven, Phyllis Wheatley YWCA, Broadway Academy of Performing Arts & am currently teaching at Eaux Performance & Dance Company (Bearden).

Specialties

I teach Hoop Dance & Vinyasa Yoga in Knoxville. In addition to teaching, I handcraft custom hula hoops for adults and children & Hoop Huggies (carriers for several hula hoops for that festival goer/hooper who likes to tote around LOTS of hoops & needs a way to store and protect them).
