Beautiful studio with great ambience and quality instructors. Comfortable and easy storage for things during class and more private cubbies in the bathroom and shower area.

It was a really nice experience to find far from home a place to do hot yoga that is clean with excellent teacher and very friendly. They went out of the way to welcome me.

I've been looking for a stop in Memphis and this is it! Hot, but not too hot (96ish), high variety in classes, modern music, cool color changing lights, loving it!!

4.5 stars?... I've started going here again recently on account of a groupon. It's a pass that allows me to go to unlimited classes so I get to try out different instructors and styles they offer....
