History

Prior to becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent, my husband and I had bought/sold three homes. Due to vastly different market conditions, constantly changing finance programs and people in the business forgetting that we weren't 'IN' real estate, each transaction was a Brand New Experience for us. I would have loved an agent that wanted to teach me what I needed to know. It is extremely difficult to make well informed decisions, when your knowledge is limited by your lack of experience. My goal is to be the Real Estate Agent that educates my clients so that they know ALL of their options and connect them with the best real estate opportunities available. My intent is to appeal to those potential clients that are: First time home buyers or sellers Periodic home buyers or sellers Interested in learning about about becoming Real Estate Investors.

I work with investors looking for houses to flip or multifamily rentals. In addition, I work with first time home buyers and seasoned homeowners that need/want to buy or sell. I take the time to educate you on the process and communicate updates. I will strive to find the ideal home or investment for your needs, or the perfect client to buy your house.
