Kimberly Sawyer, MD

Fort Sanders Perinatal Center provides comprehensive high-risk pregnancy care, including diabetes, pre-term labor, hypertension, multiple pregnancies, birth defects, and more. The following providers see patients at this location: Dr. Steven Andrade and Dr. Gary Stephens.

Dana Laney joined LeConte Women’s Healthcare in 2017. She is a wife and mother to two children. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Walters State Community College in 2008. She was a registered nurse in medical/surgical and hematology/oncology at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital for several years. While in her tenure there, she was able to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from East Tennessee State University in 2012. She returned to graduate school and received her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017 from Carson Newman University with a 4.0 and was awarded the MSN Achievement Award for her class as selected by faculty. Her professional interests include women’s health as a whole, to include aesthetics, but also continuing to learn to be as knowledgeable as she can in her profession. Personal interests include family time, traveling, running, spending time at the lake, watching her kids play sports or race karts, and reading. She is a member at Pathways Church.
