Dr. Marquez has over twenty-two years' experience in the medical field and specializes in internal medicine. He graduated from medical school in 1993 and completed his residency at St. Mary's Health Center in St. Louis, MO. He is certified in: Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Trauma Life Support. He also shows great dedication to this country as a member of the Critical Care Air Transport Team and Flight Surgeon for the United States Air Force Reserve. He, along with his family, came to the area in 2005 to join Internal Medicine Group of Cleveland as well as serve as a Hospitalist for Tennova Healthcare. Dr. Marquez is very excited to transition into the next phase of his calling to serve the people of Ooltewah, Collegedale, and surrounding areas. His work ethic and being bi-lingual allowed him to travel and serve on multiple mission trips to give back to his Hispanic ethnicity. He looks forward to providing compassionate medical care to those who visit Tennova Primary Care Ooltewah. He will continue to collaborate with his Tennova medical colleagues in Cleveland to provide the best continuity of care for his established and new patients.
