I wouldn't visit here unless I absolutely had to, as the wait is ridiculous. If you can service your needs on http://www.tn.gov/, I'd highly recommend it.

If you want your time wasted, this is the place for you. If you want to sit with the workers all day, this is the place for you. I got here at 6:45am(doesn't open til 8) and it is currently 2:20pm...
