metro installed a new heat pump water heater at my home 2 weeks ago, 11/20/2025 . tech seemed to do a good job, but did not install the leak detection sensor. he "said" he would be back "tomorrow"...

BUYER BEWARE. Go with almost any other company over Metro. You will pay less than half the price, the maintenance work that should be done will be done, and you will not constantly be bombarded...
