This location is sadly permanently closed! Doors were locked when I showed up for my appointment today and message in their voicemail said permanently closed. Strangely you still get the auto AI...

Nashville location - Made appointment yesterday - tried to cancel - Text/email /call /my account - no way to cancel. VM now says permanently closed. No communication. Terrible customer service.
