As of now, nothing has really changed. They've been given actionable feedback, but continue to load cars bumper to bumper, still plan on going through twice.

Sometimes the vacuums don't work, but otherwise everything is fine. It's a car wash so the person basically stands there and sprays your car and then you drive through.
