Fountain City Elementary School is affiliated with the Knox County Schools. It is located in Knoxville, Tenn., and provides variety of educational and cocurricular programs to more than 400 students in grades kindergarten through five. The schools core curriculum includes English, arts, science, social studies, mathematics and physical education. Fountain City Elementary School also provides special education, guidance, music, talented and gifted education programs. It provides several after school programs in partnership with the Pryme Time Young Men s Christian Association, and it also offers various day care programs to students. The school offers various sports activities, including bowling, basketball, team play, jump-rope and fitness activities.
