Quick but girl monitoring the drink pickup station was kinda snotty. The pumpkin chai was made wrong, asked for it to be fixed & barista made some crappy looks at us. So didn't love those 2 people...

I always enjoy me an iced drink in the AM but this morning the only barista would rather fuss with her phone than make drinks. The line was long but she didn't seem to mind. Not impressed.

ORDER your coffee BEFORE security check, on the app! There's just one Starbucks at the airport, so be kind and avoid any trouble by ordering your coffee in advance. This will greatly assist them...

My reviews are usually the same for these types of corporate chains. This large location is located at the Nashville Airport just before you walk to the gates and was a [very] busy morning....
