The staff is amazing, the room is clean and comfortable. The elevator works so that's a big plus. They are pet friendly. The parking lot is rather small though

Get rid of the smelly carpet, pretty much it. The room smells because of the carpets. Other than that it was nice, breakfast was nice, good area, front desk is very nice, clean and neat

I was very pleased with this location. The free breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Clean rooms which were super refreshing. Loved the soap set up in the shower. Proximity to downtown is perfect....

If you need something decent on a tighter budget, this spot can work. The entrance is super close to Dollywood, so that's handy. The hotel is not fancy and feels dated, but it's not uncomfortable....
