After being stuck in a buying contract w Ernie Hobbs I would strongly not recommend . You sign a contract that says 3.5% will be added to your payoff to him. It empty's your equity fast. this man...

been over a year , and still hasn't paid me my money he has not tried to sell my house . He is renting it out. not a nice person at all would not recommend trusting him.
