The Greenbrier Restaurant is a food and spirit outpost. It sits on a ridge in the Greenbrier area of the Great Smoky Mountains. This same area once provoked wonder and imagination among the early settlers of this region. Today, we are dedicated to keeping that spirit alive by preserving the natural beauty of this historical building and serving food that will peak your senses.
