The company offers more than 1,100 specialty food items, including choice meats, seafood, cheeses, cakes, ice cream, dressings, sauces, beef, caviar, fish, steaks and crabmeat. Cassidy Fine Foods operates a 28,000-square-foot, climate-controlled facility that includes a seafood processing shop, scratch bakery and commercial kitchen. It also provides chicken, pork, veal, batters, salads, shrimp, lobster, scallops, oysters, mussels and sushi. The company oversees a staff of over 100 employees and operates in nearly five U.S. states. Cassidy Fine Foods is located in Memphis, Tenn.
