Fast and hot and juicy. Service was awesome and so friendly. Drinks are in cans in a cooler but were nice and cold. Food was very good.

History
2018 was a busy year for us here at trucky cheese. Not only did Lydia and I start this delicious business together, but we also got married making this endeavor together a remarkable journey. With all the blessings we were receiving we wanted to give back to the community. With a big push and guidance from my great friend Hetal Brahmbhatt we decided to start trucky cheese. We've felt the love from the community and fellow food trucks since opening and hope to continue to provide excellent service and friendships for years to come!

Our business specializes in making mouth's water and bellies full. We pride ourselves with our gourmet grilled cheese and specialty foods. Boasting only the finest of ingredients, most of which are local grown and homemade. We love our community and followers in the Tri-cities, and hope to fill your bellies soon!!

Had a $10 brie sandwich. It was tiny, dry and virtually tasteless with very little brie. Not trying any other sandwich of theirs.

Not one to usually leave a review (especially a bad one) but this one seems to be well earned. Unprofessional employees and lack of communication will most likely be the downfall of this business....

We ate from their food truck last night. While the sandwiches looked good on the menu, the actual sandwich left a lot to be desired. The bread wasn't buttery or crispy. It seemed almost toasted....
