I am a humanistic therapist and meet my clients from a place of curiosity and compassion. My approach is not to focus solely on the symptoms you are presenting with, but to better understand you as a whole and uncover the root cause behind the symptoms. I am most passionate working with adult women who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, difficult relationships, or processing difficult childhood experiences.
