Allen Hornell, MD

Dr. Allen Hornell grew up in Cleburne and has served Texas communities in leadership roles as a board-certified family medicine physician since 1998. Dr. Hornell has worked as the medical director for a large primary care clinic, founding physician of Baylor Family Medicine at Weatherford and as a partner in a Fort Worth clinic. Dr. Hornell received his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University before earning his medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He completed his family medicine residency at the University of Texas Health Center Tyler. Dr. Hornell is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine. He has been named by his peers as one of Fort Worth’s “Top Doctors” by The City’s Magazine.
