Amanda Helberg, PAC

Michelle Hall, PA-C is an experienced Physician Assistant and sees patients for follow-up, new patient visits, and in-office procedures at CHARM. Her skills include diagnostic workup of medical conditions, based upon past medical history and physical exam. Discussion and implementation of treatment options with patients by Michelle may include prescription medications, further diagnostics studies, injection therapy (Trigger Point Injections, Prolotherapy, Platelet-Rich Plasma) and ordering future procedures to be performed under fluoroscopy. Michelle is a native Texan, who lives with her three children in Austin Texas. She enjoys the outdoors, travel, service to others and spending time with her immediate and extended family.

Dr. Elizondo is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, holding board certifications in both specialties. His approach epitomizes his commitment to comprehensive individualized treatment featuring the use of appropriate diagnostic tools, physical therapy, exercise training and specialized injection techniques before considering surgical options. Dr. Elizondo melds rehabilitation medicine and fitness in order to help achieve his patient’s highest level of functioning. “While caring for a patient’s initial problem, hopefully, I’m also springboarding him or her into a healthier lifestyle."

Harmoni believes movement is a part of everyone’s experiences and helps shape our memories. She has always had a heart for helping others and gets fulfillment from working hands on, one-on-one with patients. As a student of life, she has a curious nature and thirst for knowledge. This is evident with her interest in health and wellness and in the resiliency of the human body and seeking opportunities to expand her skills. Harmoni was born in Houston, TX and grew up in Southern California. After earning her Bachelor of Arts she decided to return to her home state where she met her husband, Ryan. She enjoys the hiking, indoor rock climbing, bike riding, tennis, museums and spending time with their 2 young daughters.
