Horn High School is a part of the Mesquite Independent School District. It enrolls more than 2,000 students, offers classes in grades nine through 12 and is located in Mesquite, Texas. It offers a comprehensive educational program, including core subjects, such as mathematics, language arts, social studies and science. Students who experience academic, emotional and social problems can avail the services of its counselor who provides consultation, counseling, assessments and student interventions. The school helps senior students in preparing for college by processing transcripts and recommendations for college applications. Its career resource center places students in full- and part-time employment. Extracurricular programs include more than 30 clubs, literary publications and over 25 athletic teams.
