HistoryWe started out as a small 5000 sqft gym. After being open about a year and a half we grew and needed more space, we were blessed to be able to expand into the space next door. That expansion added another 2500 sqft to our gym and we were able to upgrade and add more equipment. Fast forward another year and the opportunity presented itself that we could occupy the whole building and we jumped on it. This space we utilized for classes when we could offer them and open workout space when we didn't have classes available to offer.SpecialtiesBSR Fitness has over 9000 sqft. of workout space available. We offer a variety of cardio equipment, free weights, plate loaded machines as well as cable machines. We also have an open room where you can set up your own circuit to train however you like.
