Brough in 5 shirts to be cleaned and starched. Asked for medium starch for all shirts. Came back later in the day, shirts were ready for pickup, and were done exactly as I requested.

This place is a NO-GO! They melted the buttons on a shirt. I asked to have it repaired or replaced. NOW, the store tells me I have to talk to the manager. The manager is never in on the days...
