I went into the store due to a promotion showing hey on the phone get the new iPhone 17 for free walked in the store and I was informed I had a different plan and I just $91 and all of a sudden...

Ordered and paid for a new cell phone on 8/15/25. As of 9/2/25 I have not received the item nor have I received a refund. 611 produces no satisfaction. Zero English speaking customer support....
