Our original company was Cool Atmosphere. They sold to Austin Air Conditioning. The same guys still service our home and they are and have always been excellent! However we needed a new AC....

I am so angry. A year after replacing our entire system - inside and out - we are still having the SAME PROBLEM we had BEFORE they took our $5000. Multiple calls, texts, emails, and NO response...

Improperly installed a thermostat for me. Wouldn't return phone calls after multiple attempts. Extremely poor business practices. I would never recommend them to anyone.
