the billing practices are ridiculous. I thought I paid up front and kept getting bills for the next year. How do you expect me to pay a bill that was sent over a YEAR later. Don't go to them!!!

They sent us to the wrong location for my daughter's colonoscopy. The form they gave her stated the Shoal Creek location but after signing in they told her it was the Bee Cave location, 40 minutes...

Basically a monopoly-and they run like a government office. Long wait times, you're just a number, rude staff, antiquated technology.
