Worst customer service this is why I don't bank with Bank of America. The manager is very rude and does not care about customers. The manager Martha Caransa is very rude. 10/19/17

Awful service. Short staff, no notary and really does not seem capable of supporting their clients. I realized every time I go into a Bank of America I have a bad experience.

Out of all of the Bank of America locations in the metroplex, this is the worst one. Rude bank tellers, service is very slow, manager not in sight. The business banking teller could have told me...
