I've avoided commercial banks for years. My wife and I had to open account here for "reasons" not related to my credit union. It took two trips because I had forgotten to unfreeze our credit....

Like all of the other reviews have stated... "banking hours" have gotten out of hand. They close at 4pm on weekdays, they don't open until 10am on weekends. There is a line out the door...

I attempted to save myself some time by opening an account online. After a fairly simple online application, I thought I was all set and just waiting on my debit card and such to come in the mail....

Always too busy to help. They want to make you an appointment to come back later. Terrible customer service.
