Happened to walk by and saw the big sale they were having on soaps and body lotion. I bought 2 bottles of liquid soap for about $2.00 each.

The manager, Loretta, is incredibly rude and dismissive. Worst customer service I've ever received at a Bath & Body Works. Never shopping at this location again.

Closed 20 minutes before closing time. Always go to the sunset valley location. They're ALWAYS open when there hours say there supposed to be.....
