Unethical business practices. Ignored the customer request to launder and not dry clean shirts. Didn't even try to say it was a miscommunication, nay, they wanted to follow the care instructions...

Super Expensive. $11.97 to do a normal work long sleeve shirt. Would not recommend them you can find lower cost alternatives.

So I remember when they first opened in the 90's uptown location, I believe their first one. You could link it to your AAdvantage number and get miles for the money you spent on dry cleaning....
