this trailer has been to our complex 2 times I'm aware of. both time within 45 minutes or so of arrival they were out of rack of ribs, on their menu, and brisket. Don't try them if you're hungry....

Man I just took a bite of the brisket and ribs. And I had to take a minute to breathe because it took my breath away! If you want to treat yourself to some real legitimate bbq, bring your butt...
