Just chiming in to the chorus of bad reviews... They don't cover the 80% of the cost of my prescription which I can only get by physically mailing a claim and they didn't cover a 800 dollar...

They don't support women's health. They gave me a link of all of the women's annual details they would cover. They didn't cover half of them. I would rather put my money in a blender each month....

have a recurring appointment at MD Anderson but can't go because Blue Cross will not approve the treatment without a primary referral to the specialist and the specialist referral to MD...

It is virtually impossible to speak to anyone who capable of helping you on the phone. You'll get bounced from one person to the next only after answering the same drill of questions each time....
