They scheduled my appointment at 2, told me to come 20 minutes earlier to fill paperwork just for their doors to be locked and not picking up the phone. Horrible service

they are horrible. three times they have confirmed and when i get there, they are closed! i take off work for an appointment and they can't even cancel with me???? wish i couls leave a minus review.
