The coaches, organization, times, classes, and after school are great. Having a place my kids love and feel comfortable is amazing. Camps, parents night out, and classes keep us coming back.

Capital Gymnastics, founded in 1983, is a privately owned and operated instruction center that provides a range of gymnastic programs for children. It features more than three training facilities, and it also operates a SuperCenter that conducts programs, events, adventure clubs, cheerleading and after-school programs. The center offers various preschool classes, Mom s Day Out and invitational classes, as well as dance class sessions and programs for toddlers. Its cheerleading activities include private lessons and open workout schedules.
