Wallace Ferguson Wallace is a native of Temple, Texas, but has resided in Boerne, Texas, since 1977 when he began teaching in the Criminal Justice Department at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He received a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Texas at Austin. Wallace is married to Suzanne and has two children. He graduated from North Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education - Psychology in 1973. In 1980, he received his J.D. from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where he was a published Associate Editor of Baylor Law Review. In 1980, he joined the regional law firm of Hollon & Marion in Boerne, Texas. In 1983, he and his partner created the law firm of Ferguson & Hix at 302 E Blanco Road in Boerne, Texas, and he continues to practice law with Wallace T. Ferguson at the same location.
