Besides the rates and other issues it's the constant water shutoffs for me over the years. They're always turning the water off for whatever reason! Currently off right now SMH.

Terrible! Poor management and no security guaranteed. My car got hit and run overnight and when asked for camera footage with police report they told me "cameras were not working".

We have been living here for a couple months and just recently found mold in our apt about a month ago. We told them about the mold and then had to wait for them to send someone out to clean them....
