Convenient location to do what you can't do online, with your Chas. Schwab account. Free Wi-Fi available, but I never end up waiting long for a broker, even when I walk in without appointment.

Inefficient , can't get anything done in one visit ,no customer service , not sure why Schwab not provide a competent banker ? We have to deal with rude receptionists to get work done. Very...

I've done business with Charles Schwab for many years. They are more helpful and knowledgeable than any brokerage firm I've ever dealt with. They are always polite and helpful; never condescending...
