I would give 0 stars if I could I wouldn't recommend this location. Believe the other reviews they are true. Edgar / Victor & Ideal the branch manager was a no help.

I would avoid this bank branch at all costs.. their bankers treat the customers as a nuisance rather than provide help and support when it comes to issues with your accounts... they surely will...

Attempting to open an account is a nightmare. I had to create an appointment online, then the system would NOT allow me back in to modify the time. Then, if you call, you CAN NOT talk to a person....
